Or. Admin. Code § 291-031-0190 - Transfer of Property
(1) When
a county begins participation in the Community Corrections Act, the county
shall assume title to any equipment, furnishings, or property used by existing
Department of Corrections staff to provide supervision, sanctions, and services
in the county. The Department of Corrections shall provide the county with a
list of all such equipment, furnishings, or property with a value of over $250
within 30 days of the county's notification to the Director of the Department
of Corrections that it will participate in the Community Corrections
Act.
(2) An agreement transferring
title of equipment or property to the county shall be in writing, accompanied
by an inventory list signed by designated representatives of both the county
and the department and shall be subject to all laws governing such transfer of
title.
