Or. Admin. Code § 291-066-0230 - Reopening Revocation Hearings
(1) After the completion of a revocation
hearing, the Hearings Officer may reopen a hearing if substantial new
information is discovered which was not known or could not be anticipated at
the time of the hearing and which would significantly affect the outcome of the
hearing.
(2) The Hearings Officer
shall send the AIC notice of the decision to reopen the revocation hearing and
the new information to be considered. The reopened hearing shall conform to the
procedures of these rules.
