Or. Admin. Code § 291-158-0035 - Interest Accruals

Any interest accrued on funds in an inmate's protected money's reserve account will be credited into that account on a monthly basis. Interest accrued on funds in any other account or subaccount will be credited monthly into the general spending trust account. Inmates may request, in writing, the exclusion of interest on their trust account.
