These administrative rules apply to the Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) procurement of goods and services for the following programs conducted under ORS 421.438:
(1)
Prison work and on-the-job training programs;
(2) Forest and work camps;
(3) Farm and agricultural operations and
programs;
(4) Food Services
Operations and Programs; and
(5)
Facility or property maintenance operations and programs.
