Or. Admin. Code § 331-130-0006 - Athletic Trainer License
(1)
Individuals must be licensed to practice athletic training, use the title
"Licensed Athletic Trainer," and the abbreviation "LAT," in Oregon unless they
qualify for an exemption pursuant to ORS
688.718.
(2) A licensee is subject to the provisions
of OAR Chapter 331, Division 30 regarding the issuance and renewal of a
license, and to provisions regarding authorization to practice, identification,
and requirements for issuance of a duplicate license.
(3) An athletic trainer license is good for
one year and is eligible for renewal. The license becomes inactive on the last
day of the month one year from the date of issuance.
(4) An athletic trainer licensee must adhere
to all standards of practice and professional conduct listed in Division
160.
