(1)
A respiratory therapist license holder, licensed under ORS
688.815, may perform respiratory
care services and polysomnography services defined under ORS
688.800.
(2) A respiratory therapist license is good
for one year and becomes inactive on the last day of the month one year from
the date of issuance.
