Or. Admin. Code § 331-900-0055 - Requirements for Standard Body Piercing Supervisor
To be an approved supervisor for a standard body piercing temporary trainee, an individual must:
(1) Submit a completed form prescribed by the
Office, which must contain the information listed in OAR
331-030-0000;
(2) Hold an active, standard body piercing
license, with no current or pending disciplinary action;
(3) Submit proof of having been actively
practicing standard body piercing for at least two of the last five years
before the date of application.
(4)
Submit proof of current cardiopulmonary resuscitation and basic first aid
training from an Office-approved provider;
(5) Submit proof of current blood borne
pathogens training from an Office-approved provider.
