Or. Admin. Code § 333-008-0049 - Timely Submission to the Oregon Health Authority

If an applicant or an individual or entity designated on an application, patient, designated primary caregiver, organization or facility caregiver or PRMG is required to submit information or documentation to the Authority by a particular deadline it must be received by the Authority, regardless of the method used, by 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
