Or. Admin. Code § 333-008-0740 - OMMP Monitoring, Investigation, and Enforcement: Civil Penalties

In addition to any other liability or penalty provided by law, the Authority may impose for each violation of a provision of ORS 475C.770 to 475C.919, 475C.544, or for each violation of these rules, a civil penalty that does not exceed $500 for each day that the violation occurs, in accordance with the civil penalty matrix in OAR 333-008-2210.
