Or. Admin. Code § 333-062-1005 - Licensing
(1) No person shall operate an AQUATIC VENUE, without:
(a) The AQUATIC VENUE having received a final construction inspection and approval from the AUTHORITY;
(b) Making application for a license to operate;
(c) Paying the license fee; and
(d) Securing a license from the AUTHORITY.
(2) Such license terminates and is renewable on December 31 of each year.
