Or. Admin. Code § 333-122-0210 - General Requirements for All RGD: Records of Personnel Monitoring

Each registrant must maintain the following exposure records specified in OAR 333-122-0190.

(1) Direct reading dosimeter readings and yearly operability checks required by OAR 333-122-0190(2) and OAR 333-122-0190(3) for three years after the record is made;
(2) Reports received from an individual monitoring device processor until the Authority terminates the license or registration; and
(3) Records of estimates of exposures because of readings beyond the visible scale demarcation of personal direct reading dosimeters, or lost or damaged dose measuring devices, until the Authority terminates the license or registration.
