Or. Admin. Code § 333-536-0025 - Expiration and Renewal of License

Each license to operate an agency shall expire 12 months from the date of issue. If renewal is desired, the licensee shall make application at least 30 days prior to the expiration date upon a form prescribed by the Authority.
