Or. Admin. Code § 335-070-0080 - Requirements to Reactivate Inactive or Expired Licenses
An inactive licensee or an individual whose license has expired who applies to the Board to return to active status must submit documentation of professional development as follows:
(1) If the license has been inactive or
expired for less than 23 months, the individual must provide documentation of
the professional development hours required for renewal of their license type
in OAR 335-070-0050(2). These professional development hours must have been
completed during the 24 months preceding their reactivation request.
(2) If the license has been inactive for 23
months or more, or expired for 23 months to 47 months, the individual must
provide documentation of the one-half of the professional development hours
required for renewal of their license type in OAR 335-070-0050(2). These
professional development hours must have been completed during the 12 months
preceding their reactivation request. Any hours completed in the current
professional development period may also be counted towards meeting the
professional development requirement for the next active license
renewal.
(3) If the license has
been expired for 48 months or more, the individual must reapply for licensure
and meet the professional development requirements for new
applicants.
