Or. Admin. Code § 338-010-0033 - Examination Retake; Qualification

(1) An applicant for a waste water specialist registration who fails to pass an examination on the second attempt must obtain permission from the Board to take the examination a third or subsequent time.

(2) All retake examinations are subject to an approved examination schedule set by the Office.

(3) The applicant must all pay all fees associated with examination retakes.
