Or. Admin. Code § 340-104-0004 - Imminent Hazard Action

(1) The provisions of section (2) of this rule replace the provisions of 40 CFR 264.4 .
(2) Notwithstanding any other provisions of these regu-lations, enforcement actions may be brought pursuant toORS 466.185 to 466.210.
