(1) The
provisions of
40 CFR
270.61(b)(4)
are
deleted and replaced with section (2) of this rule.
(2) May be suspended or renewal refused by
the Department at any time without prior hearing if it finds a serious danger
to the public health, safety or the environment and sets forth specific reasons
for such findings.
