Or. Admin. Code § 340-122-0560 - Application Process
(1) Local
government unit applicants shall submit a grant or loan application to DEQ on a
DEQ-approved form, and additional information deemed necessary by DEQ.
Applications for potential funding will be due according to a schedule
determined by the Department.
(2)
Except for emergency actions to protect public health and the environment,
funding decisions about use of the solid waste Orphan Site Account shall be
made once a year.
