Or. Admin. Code § 340-240-0440 - Open Burning

No open burning of domestic waste is allowed to be initiated on any day or at any time when the local air stagnation advisory forecasts adverse meteorological or air quality conditions.

NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.
