(1) 40 C.F.R. Part 61.155 is by this reference adopted and incorporated herein.

(2) The following substitutions are made in 40 C.F.R. Part 61.155 :

(a) "Administrator" means "DEQ";

(b) §61.150 means OAR 340-248-0280;

(c) §61.152 means OAR 340-248-0275(2)(a);

(d) §61.154 means OAR 340-248-0280;

(e) §61.154(e) means OAR 340-248-0280(10)(a); and

(f) §61.154(f) means OAR 340-248-0280(10)(b).
