Or. Admin. Code § 345-026-0170 - Notification of Incidents
The certificate holder must notify the Department of Energy within 72 hours of any occurrence involving the facility if:
(1) There is an attempt by anyone to
interfere with its safe operation.
(2) There is a significant natural event such
as a fire, earthquake, flood, tsunami or tornado, or human-caused event such as
a fire or explosion.
(3) There is
any fatal injury at the facility.
