approved development or land use to ensure compliance with the Executive
Director's decision. The Executive Director, at their discretion, may conduct
the requested inspection. A delay in conducting an inspection or the Executive

that the Executive Director believes a development or land use is in full
compliance with the Executive Director's decision.

in advance but may request an inspection without advance notice.
