Or. Admin. Code § 410-146-0100 - Vaccines for Children
(1) The
Vaccines for Children (VFC) program supplies federally purchased free vaccines
for immunizing eligible clients ages 0 through 18 at no cost to participating
health care providers. For more information on how to enroll in the VFC
program, contact the Oregon Health Authority (Authority) Immunization program.

(2) The Division shall
reimburse for the administration of vaccines to eligible clients according to
the IHCP's IHS or cost-based rate.
