Or. Admin. Code § 411-027-0170 - Rate Schedule for Home and Community-Based Services

(1) The effective monthly rates for July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 are as follows:

(a) Residential Care Facilities:

(A) Base - $2,279.00.

(B) Base plus 1 add-on - $2,722.00.

(C) Base plus 2 add-ons - $3,165.00.

(D) Base plus 3 add-ons - $3,608.00.

(E) Hourly Exception Rate - $19.21 per hour.

(b) Adult Foster Homes: Rates shall be paid in accordance with the terms of collective bargaining agreements negotiated between the Service Employees International Union and the State of Oregon.

(c) Assisted Living Facilities:

(A) Level 1 - $1,830.00.

(B) Level 2 - $2,268.00.

(C) Level 3 - $2,846.00.

(D) Level 4 - $3,574.00.

(E) Level 5 - $4,298.00.

(d) Memory Care Facilities (Endorsed Units Only) - $5,977.00 per month.

(e) Contracted In-Home Care Agencies Rate - $36.24 per hour.

(f) Home Delivered Meals - $12.25 per meal.

(2) The effective monthly rates for July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, are as follows:

(a) Residential Care Facilities:

(A) Base - $2,393.00.

(B) Base plus 1 add-on - $2,859.00.

(C) Base plus 2 add-ons - $3,325.00.

(D) Base plus 3 add-ons - $3,791.00.

(E) Hourly Exception Rate - $20.18 per hour.

(b) Adult Foster Homes: Rates shall be paid in accordance with the terms of collective bargaining agreements negotiated between the Service Employees International Union and the State of Oregon.

(c) Assisted Living Facilities:

(A) Level 1 - $1,922.00.

(B) Level 2 - $2,382.00.

(C) Level 3 - $2,989.00.

(D) Level 4 - $3,753.00.

(E) Level 5 - $4,513.00.

(d) Memory Care Facilities (Endorsed Units Only) - $6,276.00 per month.

(e) Contracted In-Home Care Agencies Rate - $38.08 per hour.

(f) Home Delivered Meals Rate - $12.25 per meal.
