Or. Admin. Code § 413-130-0365 - Confidentiality and Maintenance of Records
(1) All information acquired by the registry
must be confidential and be disclosed only as provided in these rules or
pursuant to a court order.
(2)
Registry files including work product from an assisted search must be
maintained permanently.
(3) If a
licensed adoption agency ceases to do business, the agency must transfer the
adoption records to the Department or a successor agency. If files are
transferred to a successor agency, the agency must tell the Department who has
the files.
