Or. Admin. Code § 413-203-0055 - [Effective until 8/15/2025] Purpose of Relative Certification Standards
The purpose of OAR 413-203-0000 to 413-203-0145 to describe the criteria for approval as a relative resource family. These rules apply to any individual who:
(1)
Has applied to become a certified relative resource family; or
(2) Holds a current relative certificate of
approval.
