Or. Admin. Code § 413-205-0070 - Requirements Regarding Mandatory Reporting

Any Certified Respite Provider must report information to the Department upon reasonable cause to believe that any child or young adult with whom the individual comes in contact has suffered abuse or that any adult with whom the individual comes in contact has abused a child or young adult under ORS 419B.005 and 418.257.
