Or. Admin. Code § 415-020-0054 - Diversion Control Plan
Each Opioid Treatment Program shall have a diversion control plan to reduce possibilities for diversion of controlled substances from legitimate treatment to illicit use. The plan shall include the following;
(1) A mechanism for
continuous monitoring of clinical and administrative activities, to reduce the
risk of medication diversion; and
(2) A mechanism for problem identification,
prevention, and correction of diversion problems.
