Or. Admin. Code § 419-410-0130 - Academic Boarding Schools: Separation of Children
An academic boarding school must meet all of the following requirements:
(1) Combining children
and adults. Special care must be taken by an academic boarding school to
provide adequate supervision of children in care when children in care 18 years
of age or older are being served by the academic boarding school.
(2) Co-ed facilities. Special care must be
taken by an academic boarding school to provide adequate supervision when the
program serves both males and females concurrently. Children's bedrooms for
males must be separated from bedrooms for females.
