Or. Admin. Code § 437-001-0865 - Procedure to Use the Worksite Redesign Program
(1) An applicant must submit a complete,
written application in the form and format prescribed by the
director.
(2) The department may
provide education and consultation to potential applicants, applicants and
grantees.
