Or. Admin. Code § 437-007-1335 - Vehicle Operation
(1) The
operation of vehicles must comply with the requirements of OAR
437-007-0520 through
437-007-0570.
(2) All equipment hauled on a vehicle must be
adequately secured when the vehicle is in motion.
(3) Vehicles must be brought to a full stop
before personnel disembark.
