Or. Admin. Code § 438-021-0010 - Regularly Scheduled Meetings
(1) In consultation with the Board and in
accordance with ORS 192.610 to
192.690, the Chairperson shall
establish the time, date, and place for the Board or Committees of the Board to
meet. In any event, the Chairperson shall call a meeting of the Board:
(a) Within 30 days of adoption of this
rule;
(b) Within 30 days of a
reconstitution of the Board;
(c)
Within 30 days of written notice from a majority of Board Members that a Board
meeting must be held; and
(d) At
least once within every quarter of the calendar year.
(2) Nothing in this rule will prevent the
Chairperson from calling more frequent meetings of the Board.
