Or. Admin. Code § 441-710-0515 - Required "Additional Reports" Defined
(1) As used in ORS
723.106(1),
"additional reports" includes call reports of condition, lists of officers and
other management officials, Supervisory committee audits, management letters,
liquidity reserve reports, and other reports required by the
Director.
(2) If a credit union is
investing in or has loans outstanding to a CUSO, "additional reports" as used
in ORS 723.106(1)
includes reports and other information of the CUSO of the kinds described by
section (1) of this rule.
