Or. Admin. Code § 441-730-0320 - Licensee Reporting
(1)
Licensees are required to file their annual report by March 31 of each year.
Licensees must also provide known information on any felony conviction, or any
conviction involving theft or fraud, of any executive officer, director,
managing partner, or the manager of any office location that occurred during
the reporting period that had not already been reported to the director. This
applies to:
(a) A new qualified person or
office manager;
(b) A new
experienced person;
(c) Material
changes in business plan; or
(d)
Any criminal conviction entered against any person named in the
application.
(2) (4) In
addition, a consumer finance licensee employing one or more mortgage loan
originators shall file a report of condition with the National Mortgage
Licensing System and Registry of the consumer finance licensee's business and
operations in Oregon related to residential mortgage transactions. The report
shall be filed within 45 days following the end of each calendar
quarter.
