Or. Admin. Code § 441-755-0200 - Posting of Information
(1) A
licensee must conspicuously post the following items at each licensed location:
(a) The license issued for that location by
the Director; and
(b) The fees the
licensee will charge customers.
(2) For an automated check-cashing machine,
the items may be displayed on the terminal screen or permanently affixed to the
machine.
(3) For a mobile unit, the
items may be displayed in a window of the mobile unit when it is stopped during
the check-cashing activity, or affixed to the outside of the mobile
unit.
