Or. Admin. Code § 459-005-0260 - Accounts Receivable - Fraud
(1)
PERS will investigate all suspected fraudulent activities in order to maintain
the integrity and proper distribution of benefits.
(2) PERS may pursue all available legal and
administrative actions in fraud cases discovered under section (1) of this
rule, including but not limited to:
(a)
Criminal prosecution under ORS Chapters 162, 164 and 165; or
(b) Civil sanctions under ORS Chapter
180.
