Or. Admin. Code § 459-009-0050 - Payment of Cost Estimates
A public employer entering the system established by ORS 238.600may be charged for any cost estimates prepared by the regular office staff PERS, and shall pay the cost of estimates computed for it in advance by the actuaries employed by the Public Employees Retirement Board.
