Or. Admin. Code § 462-010-0030 - OAR 462-010-0030 Commission Member Compensation

(1) All Commission members shall receive the current Oregon legislative per diem stipend for each day or portion thereof during which a member is engaged in the performance of official duties.

(2) Performance of official duties is defined as:

(a) Scheduled meetings:

(A) Commission meetings, including special meetings via conference call or video,

(B) Commission committee meetings.

(b) Appointments with Commission staff for commission business;

(c) Legislative testimony; or

(d) Conferences and activities that the Commission has requested that the member attend as it's representative.

(3) Each commission member shall receive a stipend of the current Oregon legislative per diem rate for each regularly scheduled commission meeting preparation. This compensation is not paid if the Commission member does not attend the meeting for which they have prepared.
