Or. Admin. Code § 471-010-0015 - Effective Date of Administrative Rule Adoptions
(1) Unless otherwise provided in this
Chapter, the rules in effect at the time an individual files a claim for
benefits shall be applied to issues associated with that claim for
benefits.
(2) For purposes of this
rule, a "claim for benefits" includes an initial, additional or continued
claim.
