Or. Admin. Code § 471-031-0065 - Employer Elections to Cover Multi-State Workers
(1) Employer elections to cover Multi-State
workers shall be in accordance with the procedures, terms, and requirements of
the Interstate Reciprocal Coverage Agreement.
(2) The Manager of Tax is authorized to
approve or disapprove reciprocal coverage elections.
