Or. Admin. Code § 581-016-0780 - Personnel
(1) Teachers,
specialists, and administrators must hold valid Oregon certificates and be
assigned in accordance with the individual certificate, school policies,
program goals, and applicable statutes and administrative rules.
(2) Related service providers shall meet
state licensure requirements in their fields of specialty.
(3) The Oregon School for the Deaf shall hire
staff in compliance with state personnel rules and Department policy.
(4) All staff will be required to meet sign
language requirements established in the communication policy.
