Or. Admin. Code § 581-017-0330 - Implementation of STEM Innovation Grant

(1) The Oregon Department of Education, in collaboration with the STEM Council, shall determine for each biennium the funds available for the STEM Innovation Grants.
(2) STEM Innovation Grant funds received by a grantee must be separately accounted for and may be used only to provide funding for the purposes described in the application of the grant recipient.
