Or. Admin. Code § 581-017-0459 - Funding
(1) The Department
of Education shall determine for each biennium the portion of the funds
available for the consortia of Teacher Standards and Practices Commission
approved teacher education institutions responsible for developing and
maintaining coursework and for the network of providers of professional
development.
(2) CTE Teacher
Preparation Program funds received under this section must be separately
accounted for and may be used only to provide funding for the purposes
described in the application of the grant recipient.
