(1) The Department
of Education shall determine for each biennium the portion of the funds
available for the CTE Summer Youth Engagement Program Grant.
(2) CTE Summer Youth Engagement Program Grant
funds received by a grantee must be separately accounted for and may be used
only to provide funding for the purposes described in the application of the
grant recipient.
