Or. Admin. Code § 581-017-0653 - Reengagement Grants: Fund and Grand Administration
(1) Moneys for the Reengagement Grants will
come from the Statewide Education Initiatives Account established by ORS
327.250.
(2) For each biennium, the Youth Development
Division will determine the total amount of funds to be made available for
Reengagement Grants.
(3) The Oregon
Department of Education will distribute funds for the Reengagement Grants
according to the direction of the Youth Development Division.
(4) Reengagement Grants will be administered
by the Youth Development Division, as described in OAR 423-160-0011.
(5) Reengagement Grant funds may be used by a
Reengagement Program for the provision of Reengagement Services.
