Or. Admin. Code § 581-017-0945 - Accelerated College Credit Planning Partnership Grant Program
(1) The Department
will establish a process for eligible entities to apply for an Accelerated
College Credit Partnership Enhancement Grant.
(2) The Department of Education shall select
grantees in accordance with ORS
340.323, section (3).
(3) Applicants must submit a detailed budget
that explains how grant funds will be used.
(4) A grant recipient may use up to five
percent of grant funds for administrative costs, including indirect costs, as
determined by the grant agreement.
(5) Grant recipients must report on the grant
in the manner and form required by the Department of Education.
(6) Prior to approving the final request for
funds, the Department of Education may require grant recipients to submit a
final report.
