Or. Admin. Code § 581-021-0075 - Distribution
(1) School district
boards, or designated representatives, shall attempt to give widest possible
distribution to their rules of pupil conduct and discipline in order that
students may understand the expectations of the district.
(2) School districts shall make reasonable
attempts to give a copy of their current rules to each student, and a copy of
the current rules shall be posted in a prominent place in the schools of the
district.
(3) School districts
shall make these rules available to the general public upon request.
