Or. Admin. Code § 581-030-1200 - Requirements for Students on an Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Enrollment in an Approved Recovery School
(1) If a student enrolls in an approved
recovery school and has an individualized education program, the Department of
Education must implement the individualized education program and follow the
terms of the individualized education program until a new individualized
education program is developed.
(2)
If a student withdraws from an approved recovery school and has an
individualized education program, the school district in which the student
resides must implement the individualized education program and follow the
terms of the individualized education program until a new individualized
education program is developed.
(3)
The Oregon Department of Education may contract with a school district, ESD, or
approved recovery school to meet its obligations within this section.
