Or. Admin. Code § 582-150-0075 - Limitations
(1) When the student is no longer considered a student with a
disability pre-employment transition services shall cease. This includes a
student who:
(a) Has reached the age of 22; or,
(b) Has aged out of secondary services without enrolling in a
training or post-secondary education program.
(2) Program transition services may not be provided for a youth
who is older than 24 years of age.
