Or. Admin. Code § 584-017-1010 - Request for Waiver of Rules
An institution may petition the Commission for waiver of standards for licensure rules. A petition includes relevant information and specifies the reasons the institution is seeking the waiver.
(1) The petitioner is able to demonstrate
that the request meets the intent of the standards or rules.
(2) Requirements in Oregon Revised Statutes
are not to be waived.
