Or. Admin. Code § 603-007-0051 - [Effective until 7/15/2025] Standards to Determine Project Eligibility
(1) The Department
will review applications to determine if the proposed project will improve the
health and safety conditions of existing agriculture workforce housing in
consultation with OR-OSHA.
(2) The
Department will give priority to applications in which the proposed projects
outline steps to address compliance requirements contained in OAR
437-004-1120.
(3) Grant funds may not be used for:
(a) Construction of new housing
units;
(b) Routine operational or
maintenance expenses;
(c) Purchase
of land or existing properties;
(d)
Costs incurred before October 1, 2024;
(e) Equipment unless it is directly required
to meet OR-OSHA health and safety standards for agricultural workforce
housing.
